AI HUBDATA CAPITAL
CORPORATE DATA LICENSING ADVISORY

Your Business Data Could Have Licensing Value.

AI Hub Data Capital helps eligible businesses assess data licensing opportunities, identify suitable buyers, and coordinate potential transactions. Start with your company details. We review potential fit before discussing next steps.

The first step collects company details. No datasets, passwords, or system connections are required.

Eligibility, buyer interest, offers, and earnings are not guaranteed.

FOR ESTABLISHED BUSINESS OWNERS

Understand whether your company’s
records could be a licensing fit.

You may have years of processes, work history, and technical knowledge. We help assess potential fit, identify suitable prospective buyers, and coordinate commercial discussions under an agreed scope.

Get a preliminary review

We review potential fit and identify questions to discuss. Your submission is not a valuation or acceptance.

Decide what comes next

Discuss opportunities and review representation terms before authorizing further work.

RECOGNIZE WHAT YOUR BUSINESS HOLDS

Useful records can take different forms.

Business processes

SOPs, training guides, and internal documentation.

Work history

Project records, tickets, approvals, and decision trails.

Business systems

Records held in CRM, collaboration tools, and knowledge repositories.

Technical assets

Company-owned code and technical documentation.

Examples are categories, not a request for records. Ownership, contractual permissions, buyer demand, and data quality determine suitability. Using a particular system does not establish eligibility or a partnership.

YOUR APPROVAL. AGREED TERMS.

Keep each decision in view.

Buyer approval

Decide whether to authorize a proposed buyer and transaction. Document any buyer exclusions in the agreement.

Records in scope

Agree exactly which records may be included and which must be excluded before preparation or transfer.

Preparation & transfer

Identify the responsible parties, review steps, receiving party, and authorized delivery method in the signed scope.

Buyer usage rights

Review permitted uses, duration, sublicensing, derivatives, and restrictions before granting rights.

Ownership

Review whether the agreement preserves ownership and exactly which rights are licensed. Do not assume the answer.

Future licensing

Check exclusivity and reuse restrictions before licensing the same records again.

Signed agreements determine these terms. The initial eligibility check grants no data access, license, or transaction authority.

OUR COMMERCIAL MODEL

COMMON OWNER QUESTIONS

Know what the first step involves.

Why would a buyer want business data?

Some buyers seek business records to develop or evaluate AI systems, study workflows, or understand industry processes. A particular buyer’s intended use and your permission must be reviewed. Demand for your company’s records is not guaranteed.

What kinds of companies may qualify?

Established businesses with relevant operating history, useful records, and authority to license them may be a fit. Industry, employee count, systems, record quality, permissions, and buyer demand inform review. There is no automatic acceptance based on company size or software used.

What if I am unsure who owns the records?

Choose “Unsure” or “Requires review” in the eligibility form. We can identify questions for further review. Client agreements, employee and contractor terms, third-party rights, and privacy restrictions may affect authority. Do not share underlying records while rights remain unresolved.

Do I need to connect my systems?

No systems connection is required for the initial eligibility check. Do not provide passwords, credentials, files, or access. Any later preparation or transfer requires a separate agreed scope and authorized process.
